SanctuaryRPG Classic is a critically acclaimed strategic turn-based monster slaying and dungeon crawling adventure set entirely in the retro ASCII-art world of Sanctuary. Drawing inspiration from both modern roguelikes and traditional Japanese RPGs, we have. Sanctuary You ward a creature within range against Attack. Until the spell ends, any creature who Targets the warded creature with an Attack or a harmful spell must first make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature must choose a new target or lose the Attack or spell.

DESCRIPTION

Any opponent attempting to directly attack the warded creature, even with a targeted spell, must attempt a Will save. If the save succeeds, the opponent can attack normally and is unaffected by that casting of the spell. If the save fails, the opponent can’t follow through with the attack, that part of its action is lost, and it can’t directly attack the warded creature for the duration of the spell. Those not attempting to attack the subject remain unaffected. This spell does not prevent the warded creature from being attacked or affected by area of effect spells. The subject cannot attack without breaking the spell but may use non-attack spells or otherwise act.

  • Force of Will — Gain increased vitality. Healing others is improved based on a percentage of your vitality.

Virtues

  • Master of Consecrations — Consecrations gain reduced recharge and increased duration.
  • Glacial Heart — Mighty Blow becomes Glacial Blow. Chill and damage foes that you disable. Disables include stun, daze, knockback, pull, knockdown, sink, float, launch, taunt, and fear.

Firebrand

  • Stoic Demeanor — Inflict burning and slow on foes you disable or immobilize. Disables include stun, daze, knockback, pull, knockdown, sink, float, launch, taunt, and fear.This trait can only affect the same target once per interval.

Notes[edit]

  • The skill does not block unblockable siege projectiles in WvW.
  • Foes trying to enter or within the bubble will suffer a small knockback effect in the opposite direction of their movement (negated by stability or defiance).
  • The healing is equal to (10 + Level^2 * 0.08 + Healing Power * 0.1375).

  • The number of enemies that can be knocked back by this skill has been reduced to 10; Sanctuary will disappear after the tenth enemy is knocked back.
